The following player of the year prizes were awarded in Stornoway Golf Club on Monday 2 January 2017 after the Iomain Challainn.
Senior Player of the Year and Manager’s Player of the Year – Michael MacLeod
The new Manager’s Award is a Ceremonial Caman from the 1968 Macaulay Cup Final, presented to Donald Shaw, Kyles Athletic – donated to club for presentation by his son, Dougie Shaw.
Youth Player of the Year – Steven Morrison
Women’s Player of the Year – Alicia MacSween
Captain’s Player of the Year – Ally Lamont
