The Dubh is Gorm made it 2 out of 2 home wins so far this season with a great 4-1 win against a strong Boleskine side.
Boleskine keeper Lewis Smith (who has his own Leòdhasach roots) gave away an own goal early. Donnie Macrae got his 5th of the season on 20 minutes. Paul Duke then scored to make it three and to go ahead of Donnie in the scoring charts with his sixth.
Boleskine’s Connor Aubrey cut the deficit with ten minutes to go, but it was his namesake Connor Chalmers who settled any island nerves with a goal of the season contender a few moments later.
The final score was 4-1 and it was another cracking spectacle roared on by another large Sgoil Shiaboist crowd.
