ABERDEEN UNIVERSITY 3-1 CAMANACHD LEÒDHAIS
A below-par first 30 minutes proved the be the difference on Saturday as Aberdeen raced into a three-goal lead. Jamie Buchan & Jack Heath’s goals from open play came either side of a Buchan penalty.
We dominated the majority of the rest of the game but only had a Daniel Harrison goal to show for it & Aberdeen ground out a hard-fought win.
Thanks very much to Aberdeen for hosting us & with the trip requiring us to stay overnight in Aberdeen, it was great to be able to socialise with them rather than racing off to the ferry! We look forward to reciprocating their hospitality when they visit Shawbost in July.
